Berkeley–Jan 2016
You are my sunrise.
Darkness does not
break until the
yellow of your
hair and
blaze of your
smile
pass through the
door into the
kitchen
back into my
life.
All was dark
now all is light.
All was heavy
now all is light.
All my day is spent
in hopes of laying
with you again
so to kiss my world
and fall before
my sunset.
